These terms govern your use of this website and purchases from HardlyCasual, the seller. Shopify provides the commerce platform and checkout. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to the applicable terms.
These revised commercial terms apply to orders placed on or after September 14, 2026. The policies applicable when an earlier order was placed continue to govern that order.
Use of the Site
You may use this site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to interfere with the site’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse forms and submission features.
Products and Orders
Product information, pricing, and availability are provided through Shopify and may change without notice. Purchases are completed through Shopify checkout. HardlyCasual is the seller; fulfillment partners produce or dispatch products on our behalf. The price, shipping terms, and policies shown when an order is placed apply to that order. We may refuse or cancel orders where permitted by law, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Shipping, Returns, and Order Issues
Shipping terms, including U.S. address eligibility and separate fulfillment, are in our Shipping Policy. Return restrictions and support for damaged, defective, incorrect, or safety-seal issues are in our Returns, Refunds & Order Issues policy. Applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. We’ll check whether the request can still be accommodated. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing or production begins.
